Progress on Our Sustainable Workforce Goals

We continue to refine this goal to best fit our Trinseo culture. By adjusting this goal to increase the number of women candidates, we are shifting focus to closing development gaps for our existing workforce.

We continue to refine our Sustainable Workforce Goals to support our inclusive and talented workforce. By enhancing this goal to identify groups where turnover rate differs from our global rate, we can continue to create a more inclusive culture.

We are working to establish metrics for success while expanding our talent programs. These programs will help feed our leadership and talent development goals.

While we are making progress against this goal, we are also working to establish metrics and targets to help us measure success. In 2024, we implemented two key initiatives to elevate the voices of our workforce and guide company priorities. The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) listening tour—which hosted 13 global events—enabled open dialogue between employees and leadership. Additionally, we launched the global Great Place to Work® Employee Experience Survey, which resulted in 10 Trinseo locations being certified.

Enterprise-wide Workforce Strategy

Our goals continue to shape the employee experience by fostering an inclusive culture and creating an environment where all employees feel supported, valued and empowered to succeed. In 2024, we implemented the ELT listening tour—which hosted 13 global events—and enabled open dialogue between employees and leadership. Employee Engagement and Mentorship

Mentoring and coaching is critical to developing our future leaders.  Our LGTBRQIA+, Women and Young Professionals groups are employee-driven communities that formally kicked off in early 2024 and have become established platforms within our organization. Available to all employees, each group is co-led by our employees and sponsored by a member of the ELT.
